Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

Dallas Apartment Reviews Guide is an independent directory of apartments businesses across Greater Dallas. We pull listing details from public business information and calculate scores by running every business's Google reviews through a single, fixed rubric that we apply identically to all entries. Your listing is free. Your score cannot move because you pay, and payment cannot move your ranking. This page explains how corrections, disputes, and removals work. Corrections to facts

Your name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and services listed are fixed when you send us the correct information and something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through all future data refreshes. If a field has been corrected before, you do not need to send proof again unless the information has changed since then.

Disputes over scores

Scores are never hand-edited. If you dispute a score, you are claiming that something in the data feeding it is wrong: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you that are not yours, or a summary misstates what your reviewers actually wrote. We check the sources again and regenerate your listing from the corrected data. A dispute is not a request for a higher number if the data itself is correct.

Removal requests

Permanently closed, duplicated, or out-of-scope listings are removed. The monthly re-verification cycle removes closed businesses on its own as well. We may keep an accurate, in-scope listing published, since it is built from public information, but you will always get a straight answer about the decision.

Response times

Every request receives acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
