These terms apply to Dallas Apartment Reviews Guide, an independent directory of apartments businesses in Greater Dallas published by DallasApartmentReviews.com. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we score); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What listings and scores mean

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

How this site earns

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

What you may not do

The site is for finding and contacting apartments businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by DallasApartmentReviews.com. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DallasApartmentReviews.com accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

The laws of United States govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
